We like the Brecon Beacons - its reasonably close to our camping equipment store so is easily affordable to get there quickly and get out on the hills. Brecons... could do with being a little bigger. Its a bit overabused to me and the trails show man's huge impact... still its quiet enough during the week... you can almost have the mountains to yourself...
